You take the last word or letter from the sentence: (nexus needs realian servants and a space shuttle)
So you use "shuttle" or "e". Place it after "needs." Try again please.
(I put bold in the examples in the rules also).

It would like like:
(person) needs elephants to ride.
or
(person) needs shuttle carriers to explore space.

I'll use your sentence as an example.
(me) needs a neko with a stereo. (I need to use that word, or "o".)
(you can't use "a", "the", "to", etc. unless it's the last letter in my sentence.)

nekostereo needs Oreos and milk.

(you will use either "milk" or "k" for the word after "needs").
 
Yes, both of you got it. Keep in mind though that you can't change the word if you use it. (for example, I used "shuttle" instead of "shuttles.") Also, you don't need to tag the person, just say part or all of their name. (if you can, it's a good idea to try ending your sentence with a different letter.)
ex:

nekoster needs cake with a hundred candles and soda.
