You can toss any pokemon into it. I'm not aware of limits.

You can bring it from the older versions and it's breedable. Soooo it is and it isn't.

depends on the pokemon

A lot of steps are required. You can halve them if you have a pokemon with the ability flame body. There's also an o power to speed it up.
