it can't even be melted unless its in the same place where is was created.

when a sword is forged, the metal is melted and then rapidly heated and hammar.

if a ring was inside it would exposed to all those elements. However it won't damaged in anyway.

Second hobbit movie already out? I heard this one was also way too long. What is with this director and making 3+ hour movies...

I never saw the first hobbit movie. Maybe when they are all out and being sold for cheap, like how I got the LOTR trilogy for $10 way back.
