Yeah I guess it is the same thing. Just the page it takes you when you have to wait for the timer.

Yeah I get taken there with practically every post. Often have 20-30 seconds to wait before posting.

That happens to me only if I'm not posting in the last page (for eg: last page is 243, posting in 242)
