@Otaku- IE =P But if this problem keeps up i'll just start using chrome to watch videos (even tough i find it really weird)
 
@Bluemage, reinstall flash, then restart your PC.

Such a simple problem
 
@Check - Tried already, didn't work. =/ When i try re-installing it, an error happens saying something about registrying Active X. I followed the tutorial to fix that, but it still didn't work. =/

This indicated your PC is infected with something funny, what did you install prior this problem?
 
@Otaku - Yeah, adobe flash player.

@Check - Nothing... I haven't installed anything in here since months ago, except for something that i installed last night (but the problem showed up before that)

check for you IE settings. it might be one of those. like pop-up blocker. or default flash player settings.
 
@Otaku - That's what the tutorial said about fixing the problem. I changed it, but it still didn't work.

@Blue - let me rethink hmmmm.... i was thinking, do you have any flash videos (.flv) try dragging them to your browser. tell me if it plays anything
 
Blue says that he can't watch videos in youtube (using IE but when it comes to chrome it works). settings does not work and reinstalling also does not work. so i thought about if flash videos does appear.
 
@ Otaku - Hmm... i don't have any flv, but i have .swf files. Those are working. But if you really need a .flv i can download one to test it.
But if i can't solve the problem, i'll just use chrome for videos instead no big deal. =P

You got it correctly XD but, as a aspiring IT professional, i cannot recommend the user to change. rather i must fix the problem itself.

but personally, I'd use chrome all the way XD.

@blue - try cleaning your browser, you can use free tools like CCleaner. it might work also.
