KEY would be impossible, considering the fact that Japanese people don't like it when other ethnicities are co-workers. The only job I can acquire in Japan is being an English teacher. I would like to be hired by NIS America, Valve, or THQ.

As for genre, I am fine with everything, except for shooters. I would love to make a fighting game, but I refuse to compose the story and level design for them.
