Games actually cost more in Japan than anywhere else in the world, hence why a lot of Japanese people do cross importing instead, and import games once they're localised.

Online is generally cheaper here, so I buy all my games online now.

I only import goods from Japan, but never games. I'll be charged a fortune if I did. ._.

In the Playstation Network Store, they charge a digital copy of the game for even more than what it would cost as a physical copy in store.

On Average in the UK:

Price for a game online = £35-£40
Price for a game in store = £40-£45
Price for a game in the PSN store = £50.

Talk about overpriced. And because retailers are putting such a high label on their games, it's no wonder they're closing down in the UK. What a lot of people do is buy games online, then resell back to the store and make profit.

Ebay is a site I'd never use for buying games. They cost as much as it does in retailers. However, I do find ebay better when it comes to buying imported games.

I'd be willing to spend $65 'only' if the game is never released in the UK. Good thing PS3 doesn't have region lock.
