Staring at the screen, yes, but exercising before bed being bad for you is actually a misconception by a lot of people. Exercising does cause your heart rate and temperature to elevate due to the adrenalin and cause you to feel awake, however doing no more than 2 hours before bed makes you sleep much better. It also depends on the amount and how moderate your exercise is. I usually spend about an hour exercising before I go to sleep, but it's recommended to do around 30 minutes if you plan to exercise before bed.

That's okay. 40 minutes is a really good amount per se. As long as you can sleep after that, it's all that matters =]

There are some people that have difficulty sleeping after no matter how little or how much exercise they do before.

Taking dozens of sleeping pills before you sleep makes you sleep with ease. ^^

A passing by post.

mmh.. makes you not wake up again :goodtea:
