Enemies blah wait they get harder? So higher lvl means all monsters are also equally stronger or something?

Yes Sammy. They designed it like that. The enemies are ranked on how high your lvl is. An enemy that is like 10 below your level won't give you experience, but an enemy that is 10 above you will give a lot of experience, but you risk getting killed very fast.
