Hearing his name when the series was being announced brought smiles to my face, then at the same time, I remembered all the times he gave us the WTF ending at each end of the geass episodes. Havent really been that case for GC till now, but its gonna come sooner or later. I just pray for all things right.

The wtfness if you are referring to the plot twists is by the writer not by him (he directs, has nothing to do with writing stuff). Of course, some screenplay by him is pretty wtf (the knightmare frames action is pretty wtf, spinzaku anyone?)

Thats why i said he might be good at directing, but not writing. I think it is general knowledge now that GC's writing is bad (so many ppl dropping the show, shoe as worst male lead of the season).
