yeah i've heard it's tough. but just imagine this scenario for a moment. you took pole dancing classes and finished. couple years later you find a girl. couple more years you two get married. then, for your honeymoon, you go to a nice hotel out of country. it happens to have a stripper pole. for the first time since you've known her, she finds out you can pole dance. i feel like that'd be a great moment lol

that's one of the motivations i have for teaching myself piano too. i mean, i like piano and want to learn how to play it in general, but all motivations are welcome XD

and i also like the idea of learning at least parts of multiple languages. just randomly go on a trip with people, and you start talking to the locals, and they just wonder, "why do you know afrikaans?"
