There are some recommendations from me:

Daily situation with friends/family-members:

"O-mae/kimi/anata(or via name) wa dou deshou?"
"O-mae wa genki da no/ka?"
"O-mae no kibun wa dou da no?"
etc.

Formal situation:

"Anata (or via name - but there always with the name suffix: -dono or -sama) wa kenki desu/ de gozaimasu ka?"
"Anata no kibun wa dou desu/ de gozaimasu ka?"
etc.
