Yeah I noticed. Had plenty of experience dealing with these sort of people back in my old gaming clan's forum.
At that time, I was an admin deputy(is that a correct term for it), and almost every week I had to delete posts or threads that only advertise things without consulting the admin to do so.
But I can't ban them due to my limited authority.

Let see what the admins gotta say about it.

Step 1: Have more than one signature.
Step 2: Upload them to an image host. Imageshack, Firegoon, whatever you prefer and use.
Step 3: Go to to http://signavatar.com/ and create an account.
Step 4: Click "Add Sigs"
Step 5: Paste the urls of the signatures you wish to use into the three slots. Can only add max three at a time.
Step 6: Press "Add URL Signatures"
Step 7: Rinse/repeat of step 5 and 6 till you have the desired amount of images in your signature.
Step 8: Once you're done, press "Edit Sigs", at the top the "your url" will be, copy paste this into your signature at a place such as A-S. Remember to add the

with the url.
Step 9: Enjoy your rotating signature.
