i am confused by this statement. but basically, i'm the catgirl who's around sometimes but not around at other times, i'll appear when i feel like it, no one can put a collar on me or anything though, and if i feel like being petted i'll allow it, but sometimes i'll just stare from a distance. and also, i might try to rub up on certain people and put my scent on them which means they are my property
