Do you finish all routes or only your favorites?

I'm a completionist, so I always finish all routes and endings! Most games I play are more story focused, so you need to play everything to grasp the whole story.
I read really fast though (and I don't listen to all voiced lines), so it's easier to do finish everything in just a few days

You just went and said what I wanted to say, so yeah, I try to finish all routes even if some are clearly not my cup of tea.

I always play all the routes to get a complete overview of the game's story (especially since all the routes complement the main story and I LOVE discovering everything!!!), but I tend to replay my favorite route several times, so it might take a while to finish them all lol

If the characters and story really intrigues me then I try to complete as much as possible. For games that lock certain routes or characters I will slowly work my way toward unlocking them, but to be honest I do not like the concept of true or canon routes much...

Games that I don't like much I will only woo my favorite guy then leave.

Games that are heavy on gameplay like Tokimeki Girl's Side I never do all routes... The gameplay becomes too repetitive and takes too much time.

I try to do all routes possible! Or at least their good endings. I try to be a completionist most of the time since I don't like seeing that I'm missing CGs and endings in the gallery haha

I go through all routes, I like seeing everything a story has to offer. I also usually end up liking a character than I thought I would when I finally get to their route (even when I do put it off for last lol).

I usually aim for 100%. I feel like I'm missing on the plot if I don't play everything BUT sometimes as I play more routes the characters I assumed I won't like does grow on me. Haven't had much time recently so I'be been playing the characters I'm interested in first.

Depend, if the game give me a deep impression big chance that i will complete all of the routes in the game but if it doesn't usually i will just stick with the character that i like and then will ditch the game

Only my favorites. I tend to play Otome and BL games based on a specific character that I like.

I try to complete all of the routes, but sometimes when I find the character I like the most I do not finish the rest of the routes.

well... DEPENDS ALOT OF SOMETHING.... if the story is good enough to be played by of course i read all routes but if the game is boring only play the routes of the characters that i like and then dropped because trust me reading a VN that is 30+ hours that is boring i have no patience for that hahahaha

I have to admit I'm a masochist when it comes to games. At first, I only get the happy endings of my beloved characters, but then, in my eagerness to have every ending, every CG, every little bit of music, I play through all the characters even though I hate them.

For example, in Dramatical Murders, I love all the characters except Mink. I really hated him in the first game, even with his good ending, but in Re:Connect, the character redeemed himself a bit with me.
And even though I understand Mink to a certain extent now, I still hate him a little, and yet I played all his endings and more than once haha.

I usually go for all routes if the story isn't too boring lol. Sometimes a route totally flips how I see a character, so I think it's worth the time.

I treat each LI in an otome as a separate chapter in one giant book (that would be the whole game), so just doing one route feels like selective reading, which I don't really like to do. Sometimes your whole understanding of the story can change in later routes so skipping around would make me feel like I'm doing a disservice to the plot.

I always try to finish everything. I try not to skip any route because there's a chance I can see new interactions of my favs outside of their own route.

If there's an IL I can't stand, I just try to brute force it.

If a game is more story-oriented and I'm interested in it, then I'll probably play through all of them. But if the story isn't interesting or the game is more romance-oriented, then I'll only play the ones I like

I play all the routes. I don't like bad endings, but I watch all the bad endings to watch all the stories.

I do them all! Though there have been exceptions (Teikoku Sensenki that I've been too tired to return to.) If there's no proper story order, I save the characters I'm most interested in for the last. I also try to do the bad endings first

I aim to complete all the characters, but there are so many attractive otome games that I start playing other games before clearing all the routes.

I used to finish all, but I'm in a slow mode these days, I only cleared Rikuu route in olympia soiree catharsis even tho I really want to get to Akaza, finish only Dorothy good route in over requiemz, never touch Yashiro route in utakata no uchronia bcs you need to clear yori route first and I don't like yori personality at all, end up dropped the game and that's already drained my old soul energy, it gonna takes me another year to finish the game lol
