Do you finish all routes or only your favorites?

I almost never finish all the routes, i just do my favs and never complete the rest lol
Most VN's have the same story, only the LI changes, so I don't see much point in doing all the routes I didn't like/that aren't my favorite tropes, and bad endings? I never do them xD . And when a fav is locked behind all the routes and you have to complete everything? I skip all the routes and do it haha

When I was at the beginning of my otomege journey, I completed only my fave's routes buuut after some time and some locked routes I understood the appeal to complete all routes in the game. It makes characters more fleshed out in the end plus you might find out that you like another character more! Happened with Ryuki in Cupipara, ahaha... My first ever tsundere fave...

If I really like the game, then, yes, because, at least in some cases, the story doesn't feel "complete" without knowing all the endings (including bad ones). But if I wasn't that into the game, I'll usually only do the route of the guy I like the most, and might not even bother getting all of his endings

I do all! I try my darndest to love them all and get the most out of the story (except for the bad ends), so I do the routes by recommended order too.

When I was much younger and starting with otome games, I used to only play the LI's that I liked. Later I understood that depending the game, one missed a lot of lore by doing that. So, fast forward, I try most of the times to complete everything in order.
Last game I couldn't bring myself to finish was Itehari, felt like it drags and drags on forever.

I do go for all the endings, but if it's a route or storyline I'm not that into, I'll skip through some scenes. Otherwise, it just takes way too much time.

Half and half - I used to only play love interest(s) that I'm interested but spent more time looking for games that I would be more interested in playing it in full (minus bad ends, unless it's compulsory to unlock things).

I play only my fav routes and rarely finish whole game. My fully complete game is Hakuoki,Code Realize and Ayakashi G, DMD thats all...Other games i completed just 1 or 2 my fav routes. But i will play othere routes later if i liked game.

I like going for all routes and endings bc even if I'm not attracted to a chara I still wanna what their story is. That and I'm a bit of a completionist so it feels like I didn't read the full story if I leave any routes/endings undone lol

I like to do all routes and usually leave the ones I'm most interested in for last. The problem with that is getting fed up with the game too early if the first routes aren't interesting though.

Because I have a collecting habit, I choose to collect all the endings for each character; seeing all the CG images complete gives me a great sense of accomplishment. For characters I'm not interested in, I usually quickly skim through the story to achieve my collection goal.

I try to give them a chance every time, but so far only Ikki from Amnesia has managed to change my mind, because his ability means he can't really help why women are so attracted to him. Otherwise, I just do the routes because I want to unlock all the CGs and endings.

Completionist here! There are a lot of characters I don't like from common route or design/personality wise, playing their routes sometimes make me like them more or even love them.

And even if I have one I dislike from first impression and it stays that way or one route/character I'm starting to dislike, I still try to complete it so I can have complete view of what makes me dislike it

I only play the routes I liked and I will skip everyone else because by then I'd be so tired of the plot and everything else. If there's a forced order to unlock the other routes, then what I do is that I just force skip them to save myself the time so I can do the route I was first interested.

No matter what, I always make sure to complete all the routes, though I prioritize the happy endings to end on a high note. I'll handle normal or bad ends by skipping dialogue like crazy, but only if it means grabbing those sweet CGs. Diving headfirst into pure anguish? Hard pass for me, haha.
