I don't know about this specific work but:

Short answer: no

Long answer: There are some AI tools you can use to translate audio to text or even generate subtitles files for them but it's far from perfect and involve some work and know-how on top of the funny results MTLs produce.
Ideally the dev have the script (台本) included and you can MTL that from there but it's not always the case.

I'm afraid learning Japanese is the only solution now haha. But ASMR usually doesn't use hard level words, N3 listener could understand 80% of it.
 
Anyone here who can read Japanese ever feel like NTR eroge/manga get some of the eroticism toned down in English translations? I know some slang and puns are basically impossible to translate 1:1 into English, but it still feels like a lot of the nuance gets lost, especially the more stereotypical Japanese phrasing.

By the way i'm not blaming the translator, i just felt it was more lewd in Japanese if you understand it haha.

Mijiishi's latest game is close to being finished - https://ci-en.dlsite.com/creator/1904/article/1785581

Best case scenario is end of April, but if they have to fix many things then it'll be longer. Same artist as Alchemy Fantasy R to my knowledge. Fingers crossed but I'm hopeful it's going to be mercifully better than Mercenary Band NTR.

On the other side, NT:Ripper has unfortunately been silent on Ci-En for over 2 years now. They were working on an audio drama foremost and another game.

Aw yesss, i was bit dissapointed with their previous game, so hopefully this one will be good

New NTR game incoming by Orcsoft. Seems like there will be 3 heroines with their own routes, as opposed to 1 heroine with multiple routes. Scheduled to be released on May 29th according to their twitter. https://ntrblog.com/archives/1084181175.html

Edit: So apparently its all the same singular heroine, the reason for the difference in appearance and personality is that there are 3 different timelines branched out from childhood resulting in them essentially being different people. I gotta admit i've never heard of an H game doing that LOL.
