You guys are NOT talking about True Blue right now? Literally my first hentai I watch through. Extreme first choose I know, but when I first watch it anime took ages too be translated so I went into it blind. The scene when he was watching the gym teacher drilling into his crush from underneath her desk was so hot that the rest was history for me. Funny enough, I wondering the whole time why the fuck they haven't called the cops on the man in his 40s having sex with an underage student instead of the ntr but I was thirteen when I saw this lol.

Who knows? I don't pay attention to steam releases for that reason but i think there have been cases where they slip off?

Not really, no. In most countries, Japan included, dealing with blackmail rape is very complicated. And the exception to this rule are countries where there's no proper procedure in court and you can send people to prison without real evidence.

In general, Japan is rather conservative in some unexpected aspects, while it has hentai shops where you can openly buy hentai with lolis, having sex outside of a relationship is also frowned upon. And if a girl was raped, there's a big chance that it would influence her future negatively. Also, the age of consent in Japan is 13-14 depending on the region. And while there are "morality laws" that punish older people for having sex with those younger, those same laws also can work on minors. I.e. two 15-year-olds having sex with each other are doing something illegal, or let's say 14-year-old and 16-year-old. But for better or worse, those laws aren't very strict. It's not like American ridiculous laws where 19-year-old is going to prison for having sex with a 17-year-old in some states. You'll be fined for having sex with a minor older than 13, which I personally think makes way more sense, but as a result it also makes hentai stories more realistic. You really can get expelled from school for having sex in Japan. And you really can have sex with 14-year-old sugar babies without going to prison.

I disagree about this. Some things you say is true, such as the age of consent being exceedingly low. But the idea that a fugly janitor / coach / teacher / loser can rape a cute little high school girl, take pictures of her getting raped / sleep raped, AND when that the girl says "No" and it gets exposed" in school that they would "cancel" the girl is total bullshit. Japanese people may have a what Westerners call "outdated" views on victimhood, but you're exaggerating.

This case above shows no matter how much status / power the abuser has, the court of law will prevail if evidence is provided. Sure, there will be old fuckers, trolls, and other losers who'll harass the woman and call her a slut. But there's plenty of people who have a brain and knows the difference between right and wrong.

Like for example i remember I can (or Ai Kyan) OVA from PoRo had some of the best stealth sex moments i have seen, ova one when the girl was being fingered in the halfway and int he second when she is giving a BJ to the bad guy at the end below the desk, the latter is really well done since its shown from the guy and the other girl POV so it really feels sneaky.

Or for games the moment in Netorare Nurse 1 where the wife tells the husband she is pregnant, that moment was hot and seeing her POV later on that reveals her real thoughts only makes it better

Funny thing about Gatenkei is that while all of those are great (specially the preggo sex), there are 2 low key moment/scenes i remember even stronger: the most underrated ending where MC interrupts the onsen gangbang and the wife ruins him (underrated because it isn't explored nearly enough) and a moment in the main route where MC is complaining to the old man (the one that owns a ramen stall i think it was) and gets cheered up thinking Misaki was distant because she is choosing a gift for him (his birthday) and then that hope is crushed because there was no gift if i remember well.

Mmmm since you probably remember/know more can you tell me if we play that moment/time frame from her POV? i can't remember if that was shown from her POV or not, curious to know if there was a gift at some point or even if she remembered his brithday or what.

Also Zafira? You mean that RPG with an elf that could have glasses? what did you like about that ending?
 
People that say the age of consent is low in japan have no idea what they are talking about. As in some 55 year old is not going to casually go and bang a 13 year old with no problem. They see some stat that says the federal age of consent is 13 and parrot that. This aside any new GOOD english translated NTR games out?

My favorit non-ero scene from Gatenkei actually the one where Makun and Misaki got divorce and they meet again after ten years passed. She ask about Makun and their kid condition and Misaki says even till this day she still love him, even ten years later Misaki sn't in relationship with anyone. But they know their relationship is beyond repairs and decide to move on separate way. Such as bitter sweet ending, and i think this is the most well written ending from that game

Please don't use that excuse. Different Prefecture use different laws. but most Japanese agree 17-18 is standard age of consent. Like you know...graduate from Highschool. Also when talking about age of consent, ofcourse it's between two teenagers. If a salaryman dating 15 years old schoolgirl, he will get arrested too! Haha.

What excuse? I literally agree with you. Yes most prefecture's have the age of consent of at 16-18. Like most of the developed world. They also have child welfare acts laws in place too.

I remember reading that it also has to do with both ages, like sure 13 is valid...if the other partner is 15, hell even gender influences it.

The part that anoys me is that the whole blackmail 2 teens because they had sex can happen, and i bet it does, since 2 teenagers can get in problems if the parents dissaprove of it for example (kind of similar to statutory rape i think it was called?), it wouldn't even be that hard to pull off since teens are inexperienced, inmature, etc.
