Setting-wise, I know it's in a medieval city... lol. Nothing much yet lore-wise, but you can get a sense of it from the character descriptions he posted a while back, I'll post it below.
He's currently commissioned portraits from a Japanese artist called Dyun, you can see his works via the link: https://skeb.jp/@Jyun8N. Sex animations and various outfits are still in the works as well.

About the characters, here are a few general infos about them. Keep in mind, the game is still in a very early stage, and absolutely everything is still subject to change.
Main stage: the game takes place in the capital of a small island north of the main continent of Eltys, where HC1 and HC2 took/are taking place. First a human settlement, it grew into a powerful independent nation thanks to trade, and quickly became a melting pot of different races.
Characters:
MC: He first appears as a young boy, orphan after an accident that killed both his parents. He was found by the island's royal family and nursed back to health. They decided to give him to a young priestess of the Church of the Goddess that offered to take him in so he could have a normal childhood away from royal and political matters. When the story takes place, he's an apprentice in the town's guard.
Love interest (Main Female Character 1): The island's princess. They first met as children in the palace as the MC was being taken care of. She appears pretty arrogant and ignorant at first, because she was raised solely in the palace with no contact with the outside world. But she is also very curious and eager to learn, and happy to have someone the same age as her to play with. Even after the MC leaves the palace, she keeps visiting him in secret. They slowly grow closer, until they become secret lovers due to the rule in place that royalty can never date, let alone marry a commoner.
Main personality traits : haughty (at times), passionate, wild, outspoken
Older sister-type (Main Female Character 2): She is also an orphan. She was the first child the priestess took care of, and she was raised alongside the MC. Due to a traumatic event that happened in her past and took the life of both her parents, she had always wished to be able to protect the weak. She enrolled in the town's guard at an early age. Because she was a woman, she had to be a lot better than every one else to earn her peer's respect, which left her with very little time to interact with others. She quickly rose in the ranks and became a captain, earning her the nickname of "ice captain". Still, she cares deeply for the MC that she considers her little brother, and the princess with whom she became close friend. The MC, looking up to her, decided to join the town's guard as well.
Main personality traits: cold (on the outside), caring, strong-willed, hides some unexpected cute sides
Mother type (Side Female Character 1): She is a priestess of the Goddess. She was barely an adult when she decided to join the church, and only a few years after that, she took in both the MC and his "older sister" and raised them. She considers them as her own children. Her whole life revolves around them and the Goddess' worship.
Main personality traits: calm, motherly, pious, joyous, open-minded
Childhood friend (Side Female Character 2): (I am not 100% what she will be like, but here are a the few infos I can share for now).
She works at the inn right next to the church. She is a gnome, meaning that she's smaller than most humans and elves. To escape the misery of her home country, she jumped on a boat when she was barely an adolescent and made it to the island. There, she struggled for a time before finding the better life she was looking for. During her struggle, she met the Mc and they became close friends.
Main personality traits: foul mouth, friendly, a bit of a tease, reliable
Interesting, though I feel like there are too many main heroines this time. I trust the dev though, so hopefully he'll do something good.

Any good recommendations for Mystery NTR games? I know this has probably been asked plenty of times, but still. I've played all of Lune's titles, all of the Anim ones. Would prefer no rpgmaker games! I love "over the phone" and "Outside of the view in a video call" stuff, or even "under the desk" type things, that are sort of obvious, but still not fully shown.

I assume Jinsei Tsuukoudome’s titles are taken as read? If not, they are completely obligatory for any NTR mystery fan.
Regardless, narrowing it down to no RPGmaker games really made me realize just how many of those I play… Outside of the usual recommendations, some lesser known titles I enjoyed might be the ‘Netorare Osananajimi’ games or ‘Psymin Appli’, the latter of which has one of my favorite NTR mystery routes (hence my avatar), but both revolve around mind control which I know can be an issue for some.
Damn, played 'Promise Best Left Unkept 0.1.5' yesterday and it was amazing. Anyone have any similar recommendations for western made NTR games with 2D art?

Very rare, interesting, thriller/horror, NTR game with unique gameplay. Sadly, feels unfinished. Anyway, worth trying! It is cheap (11.45$), so buy it if you like:

There are not many... Check the other game from the same author - Edge of. Another incomplete game is Girlfriend Tapes (well, it's 0.7 so almost complete). Swing and Miss if you are into swinging, and Netorare Wife Misumi if you want a more traditional ntr (both authors also have one more game each). As far as I know, those are the only decent OELVNs with ntr and 2D art. Oh yeah, there's also Seeds of Chaos, but ntr isn't a focus there and it's a bother to find it. There're also some decent games on RPG-maker, on of them discussed on the previous page. In general, though, those are mostly fem-protag games, i.e. not much of an NTR.

I just played it. Its pretty good and I think its worth giving a shot. The MC is a normal dude with a job living with his wife. Things change however when he realizes that he's developed an NTR fetish after hearing of his wife's past sexual experiences with her previous boyfriend. Furthermore, the MC's boss has also sexually harassed her on multiple occasions. Coincidentally, right after the MC learns of the ex-boyfriend, his boss tells him of this young guy who managed to make a successful business out of nothing and said guy knows the MC's wife and even asks about her. MC meets the dude and because of his rising NTR fetish, he offers him to see his wife again.
At this point the games splits into two routes, one for the MC's boss and the other for the heroine's ex-boyfriend. So far I've only played the boss route and it was pretty enjoyable with a decent amount of content (around 2 hours max). Its mostly netorase but it has the potential to escalate to netorare.

I'm playing through it as well. I'm on the boss route since I enjoy older guy x younger girl and the ex-boyfriend gave me sleazy guy vibes. (not that the boss is much better, lol) As someone that isn't really into NTR/Netorase I have to do some brain gymnastics to avoid feeling cuck'ed and I just started getting more scenes from the wife POV, been enjoying that.
After that I want to play the new Atelier Sakura game, even if is bad I really want that Father x Son's Girlfriend story as they are super rare to see in game/VN format.

And that's that. It was overall pretty good and I recommend the game to most netorase fans. I wouldn't say that its anything special however it may scratch the netorase itch. Once the ex confesses, he pleads to the MC to take it out on him and not Yahiro as he was the one that initiated it and she refused him in the end. He also reveals that even though he broke up with Yahiro, he always loved and thought of her but he just wanted to be a better man for her, but by the time he became successful, she was already married. The MC chooses to forgive him and even tells him that he actually expected for this to happen, to the ex's surprise. He also makes a proposal to the ex to continue allowing him to meet Yahiro, but the ex warns him that he will without a doubt seriously attempt to steal his wife. The MC reveals that is exactly what he wants though the ex is confused. The MC explains that he's recently developed netorase tendencies but even more important than that is that he wants his wife to be happy. If the ex manages to take his wife from him, that means that Yahiro will be happier with the ex, which is something that he desires the most. Though the ex does not fully understand the MC's mind, he goes through with it as he sees this as his chance to reunite with Yahiro, though the MC introduces some rules. Off the top of my head, the rules were: the ex must always inform the MC before attempting to steal Yahiro. The ex must not force her to do something that she does not want to do. The ex must report what happened every time. With that agreement they set about their plans. Unlike the boss, the ex is more caring to Yahiro and truly does not try to force himself too much upon her. He slowly works his way back into Yahiro's heart and Yahiro knows this so she tries to shut him down at every moment. Eventually, the ex gets sick and the MC uses this as an opportunity to get his wife to go to his house and care for him. Yahiro considers it very strange that the MC would ask such a thing for a business partner however he tells her that he also cares about the ex as he was someone who was once important to her. She goes to the ex's house and eventually things escalate to her giving him a handjob and leaving. By now she feels pretty guilty and she eventually gets another opportunity to meet the ex due to the MC's plans. Things get even more sexual than the last time and eventually she starts realizing that her feelings for her ex haven't entirely been lost. Eventually due to the MC not being around her as much as a result of his plans, she starts to feel lonely and eventually, willingly goes to the ex's house without the MC knowing. The ex even purposefully breaks rules from time to time, however the MC does not mind as it further helps his fetish and purpose. The time soon comes and the ex finally starts having sex with Yahiro again and Yahiro herself feels like all of her pent up stress has left her. The ex even helps her deal with her guilt by convincing her that the entire thing was his fault and so she can continue to indulge herself while he will take the blame. She soon starts to listen to him more and even shortens her hair as the ex preferred it that way. Eventually the ex once again confronts the MC on his plans and warns him that Yahiro is close to being his. Though the ex without a doubt will not stop attempting to seduce Yahiro, he does worry for the MC and asks him if he's prepared for her to leave him. Though the MC says that it is fine if its for Yahiro's happiness, he realizes that by now, the ex is truly confident that Yahiro is already his. Eventually, the MC and ex no longer even needs to create plans to get Yahiro to cheat as she willingly calls the ex over for sex on multiple occasions of her own will. After a while, the MC is at home, hiding in his work room as his wife is trying to get impregnated by the ex in their bedroom. The ex stays true to the words he told the MC and gets Yahiro to admit her love for him. As a last step he tries to get her to remove her wedding ring and it is at this point that the MC has truly understood what he has done and cane make one last choice. He can either leave them be or intervene before she removes the ring.
Should the MC leave them be, the next time he sees Yahiro, she has a different ring, though he chooses not to comment on it. From that point on, he slowly watches as he loses his wife with her showing obvious favoritism to the ex even while they are all beside each other. Furthermore, she does not even try to mask her cheatings anymore though the MC willingly appears ignorant. A couple months later, Yahiro and the ex confronts the MC with a divorce paper and she admits that she has been impregnated by the ex. Though she appears regretful and even cries when leaving the MC, the MC forgives her for it and wishes for her to live a happy life without regret.
If the MC intervenes, he will storm into the room before Yahiro removes the ring and confess to everything. He tells her that he knew she was cheating the entire time and that he set it up. He also goes into explanation for why he did it. Though Yahiro does seem confused and somewhat disappointed, she forgives him however by now she has fallen in love with the ex again. The MC knows this and before she even him, he asks her to stay with him but he is fine if she continues her affairs. By now she fully forgives the MC and even realizes that all that he did was mostly for her happiness and so she embraces him and all is well. Cut to a couple months later and she is pregnant, of course with the ex's child, however everyone knows and accepts this. The MC no longer has sex with Yahiro and he leaves that job to the ex and so everyone is pretty much happy now. The last sex scene has Yahiro and the ex fucking while the MC is at work, with the ex promising to give her another baby.
And that's that. It was overall pretty good and I recommend the game to most netorase fans. I wouldn't say that its anything special however it may scratch the netorase itch. My personal favorite route was the boss route as it was a bit more erotic and it felt like Yahiro was more dominated by lust in that route, meanwhile the ex's route was more emotional which was a bit less to my tastes but still very good. In fact, I ended up liking the ex a bit since he was a pretty reasonable dude for the most part and owned up to his mistakes, but got a lucky chance in aiming for Yahiro and never gave it up.

Am I the only one who doesn't enjoy NTR mangas anymore?
Most of the time I don't "feel it". Story progresses so quick it's sometimes really bizarre.
Even when manga isn't one-shot but fully fledged series, in most cases it's just one big fuck-fest.
I don't want 50 chapter prologue (would be nice) or some mastermind plot (would be nice). I just would like to read manga, in which sexual relationship between FMH and Netori progresses a little bit slower. Much slower would be the best. Treating sex itself like one of the last steps.
You start reading manga and after like 5 chapter, there's already penetrative sex scene. It's boring AF. He already "got" her, biggest fun is over.
Why can't we have more scenes like this:
