According to getchu 母娘乱館 isn't due to be released till 28/9. the 27/7 date seems to be when they start accepting pre-orders if I'm understanding right, so we still have a a couple of months yet.
It does look good though. The art is pretty good and the concept does seem quite interesting.
As for ヤブヌマ２, I'm kind of surprised. When I played the 1st I thought that was it, and when you mentioned a second game I automatically assumed it was just a new story in a series, just like 他の男の精液で孕んでもいいですか…？ or the like. But it looks like it's an actual follow on to the first game, showing what happened next.

I've played xxな彼女のつくりかた2 since it was featured in NTR blog and the VNDB entry includes the "Sex Involving Prostitution" tag. There isn't much of a story, you select (or not) an event for the school day, most are your average love comedy drivel but I've gotten one about a dream where the girl hates you and becomes your friend's girlfriend. After that you "train" the girl with sexual techniques and positions you have to buy in sets after accumulating points in four categories: hentai, inran (lewd), maso and anal. If you made her a non-virgin in the profile you can ask her how she lost her anal/vaginal virginity. At night you take her for a date to a choice of places that open and level up as you spend time there. You can edit the town and add unlocked buildings Sim City style. Some spots include H situations (marked in pink) like blowjob in a karaoke room, tits exposure in a purikura booth etc. I have two spots with NTR related stuff, one in the cinema where you take her to watch a porno and let some salaryman fuck her with a choice of anal/vaginal and a doujin convention where you take photos of her while she schlicks in cosplay, two guys appear and you invite them to fap and cum on her. I like this stuff but some people may be put off by the lack of "normal" NTR.
