It does but I've been posting in those 2 threads a lot in the past and I have no problem at all
but now... hesitant all the way ><
 
70-80% of the time someone replies by the time u r finished posting in the other so maybe it has something to do with that?

no wait if anything that would just help...i must be tired right now....

Yes that happens to me all the time ! especially me, since I usually am slower with my replies, edit button comes in handy then at times.
