If you're into dark fantasy and shonen is okay with you, you should watch Gachiakuta. I normally read the manga before discovering the anime, but it was the opposite in this case. I really loved the anime, and I hope those who take my advice will love it too!

Himesama "Goumon" no Jikan desu 2nd Season
The torture methods are adorable, and the Demon King's army—including the Demon King himself—is entirely made up of cute characters (though some are only cute on the inside lol). You can watch it feeling warm and fuzzy throughout, and above all, the food looks torturously delicious.
 
Dragon Raja (japanese dub), I can't believe I haven't heard much of this anime, its truly peak

I only knew the title before, but it was really fun! I ended up playing the original game too.
 
Recently finished rewatching Attack on titan. I will rewatch the OVAs this time as well

- Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood 2009 version

- It's amazing! (It is a classic for a reason I guess lol) Genre is Shonen action (?) potentially Seinen maybe(?) Since I remember being mildly traumatized by one scene when I tried watching it when I was younger lol.

- Definitely recommend it compared to other animes! It's not too long (64 episodes). It has great plot, explores deep themes and topics. It does a terrific job at bringing out emotions. I sobbed sooo many times already (I'm like on episode 48)

I heard it has a satisfying ending, so we will see.
