As chef myself I had it smash back this into the face who this steake "created" has...!!! Btw, I'm more for medium-rare (where every steake so should be) - well done is like on shoes to bite...xD

Daylight Savings Time took effect this morning. At 2AM it became 1AM It is now an hour earlier than it was yesterday.

They are currently considering a new time adjustment, Weekend Savings Time. With Weekend Savings Time, in the Summer, for one week, the calendar would advance by one day, so Saturday will be followed by Monday.

In the Winter, that lost Sunday would be returned, so for one week, Saturday will be followed by Sunday, Sunday again, then Monday.

The theory is that we need more Sundays in the Winter, than we do in the Summer.
