They're quite rare, at least compared with how easy is to find that on VNs. These ones below come to my mind:

Probably not - he's planning to utilize patching software to apply the changes so I think the english version will fail the check. Maybe Kagurasoft will release it separately afterwards.

I really want to translate one of the games if I can but I haven't gotten any luck on finding the tools and applications
All you need is winrar to extract. The file has a notepad with instructions on how to apply this english patch.

Er he means how to unwrap the engine of the game i think, i mean whatever you have to do to get the text to create a patch.

I understand you for me loli is no-go too
but I played this game before and there is a route that doesnt involve the daughter at all and also in the route that involves the daughter, she is not in all the scenes if i remember correctly so you can skip them if thats not your cup of tea.

For me loli is a mixed bag, sometimes i like sometimes i don't, too Loli is an big NO, but generally if its unrealistic i like it.

Failing that a program that its easy to write in japanse to try and transcribe it? to at least read it using machine translators.

If you disliked the others then don't bother at least until it is translated, and even then i can say you will most likely only like some sub routes/jos, i do think you need to try it but again only if you absolutely did not hate their previous games.
Also aparently they will try to shake things up in their next games wich is good, it was getting old the formula, i kind of want then to make a game with at least 1 or 2 evil endings, evil as in the girl is really corrupted and you see before the final scene
