Aron is there to attract attacks he's only alive 3-4 turns. It's an AI thing. The berry juice is there to keep him up for 1 more turn. I have one with 5 IVs, I just got it for a 4 IV ralts. It's defense is 0 though :deadsad:

SHell Bell restores HP after every Endeavor you use. Meaning, you have infinite Sturdy. (If you cleaned up the field of entry hazards and Priority users/Status)
