well i'm assuming the hay is for the horse, but it just seems like it's saying "i threw some hay over the fence. look a horse!!"

Well, English is on one wise not my native language, but in other way also again nevertheless: Because part wise based the English language from German (What that one my native language is) - And that is also at Japanese: Because in the structure of sentences gives it a lot relationship with my another native language (Hungarian).~>
