I'm trying to learn hiragana but it's far too tedious... I made flashcards and stuff but nothing stays in my brain. I know the first few kana, but thats it. And a few others like 'no' and 'ka.'

Stop it, just stop. You do not learn languages like that. Did you need such sings when you learned your first language? No. So why do you need them now? I learned both english and japanese just by playing games and watching anime... I inserted myself in the language, not inserted the language in me.

Besides, there's really no right or wrong way to learn Japanese. So... I guess I'll just have to deal with what I've got.

The way I explained is much easier, more fun, and less brainstorming. The lead thing is to start thinking on the language you are speaking... English isn't even my country's language btw, I learned it in a way I explained you....

For me is it not really heavy Japanese to learn, because if you both in me believe or not, Japanese is with my native language related (-with the gramma)...~
