Since it first aired, I've watched Shomin Sample (Ore ga Ojou-sama Gakkou ni Shomin Sample Toshite Gets-sareta Ken) several times, and it always makes me smile.

Gintama is by far the most hilarious anime series with massive "Adult Jokes".
Then comes mitsudomoe and its second season that also deals with some "Adult Jokes".
devil is a part-timer and Cuticle Tantei Inaba that doesn't deal with "Adult Jokes" as far as I watched.
so for me the comedic aspects of anime always depends on the quantity of "Adult Jokes".
