I usually have control of my dreams during the last part of the dream where im about to wake :/

Lay down and stare at the ceiling until it gets to the point where i have to get up and do something before my mind implodes.

Sometimes, I'll just start cleaning the weird things in the house. Vacuum the ceiling or the vents. Go over the pantry and throw away anything i find that's expired.

Maybe toss the garbage before it starts smelling...

Do the dishes. Not because there are a lot. But because sometimes, I get the feeling that they are watching me.
