colder is better, there is no flies, less mosquitoes and also you lose weight in colder room similar when you drink cold water body need first increase temperature of liquid whic use a callories.
Even worse is cold shower or bath uses 10-100 times or more callories (even better if you take very hot shower/bath and then immediately very cold one).
This usually use athletes and have strong resistant body. I thik samurai also used cold.
