Well, you're gonna have to document your translation process for me, because no I do not see any issues on my end.
That does not happen on the latest SLR version when doing nothing except the base process.

In the RAW version, I can hit the enemy, but in the TR version, the bullets don't pass through the enemy

In your screenshot it does not say "Modified with SLR Translator v2.079", even though that would have been added to the title if you would have pressed the "Fix Cells and Check for Errors" button.
Suggesting that you did not follow the normal translation protocol.

Ahh, thanks, it works now! But it wasn't because of the fixed cells. I don't know why, but the cells with the red tag were still translated even though I excluded them in the batch translation. After I cleared the ones with the red tag, it was fixed
