Oh you don't. Hmm, is apple the only fruit that can be sweet or sour? Not orange, grape, blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, watermelon...maybe pineapple but tends to be sweet I think.

Hmm... most of those tend to have a specific flavor... Raspberry perhaps?..~ There are sweet or sour versions of that depending on the food~ I feel that it would be sour in sorbet though~ I wonder... mango might have duality in flavors as well?
