yes,in your region,you can get that game,but it is used japanese.and if you try to play it on your 3ds,you can't because there is region lock.
i hate region lock too.although it is not 3ds,when i want to watch an movie,i can't because of that lock.

I got my 3DS now. It's a plain black one :3 I actually wanted a red one but I had 3 choices. Black, white or... pink. I also got to choose a game for free because of the special deal I made with him. I chose Etrian Odyssey 4 which I wanted (I didn't know that they had it in the shop so that fact made my day!) and I also got a 3DS starter kit with a bag to carry it and 3 games in, a piece of cloth to clean the screens with, two more pencils, a car battery loader (what?) and a small box to put 4 games in. It cost me 1599 SEK which is equal to 244 USD. Worth it since I could buy a normal 3DS for 1399 SEK and the game I got for free cost 399 SEK so only that was more than the deal I got and the starter kit was awesome! A free bag! :3

tyranitar,garchomp,metgross already very strong.... and they make it morewith mega evolution... so we will have many mega stones there.???? since 1 mega stone 1 pokemon.?

Hmm..interesting thought. I think there will be a limited amount of those stones.
Mega evolutions are (for now) overpowered :o
