There's DDOS attack unfortunately. However you can just download everything using MIRC.
You can search for all packlist at

After searching for title at the packlist website, click it and it will pop-out a code.
at [URL=http://www.anime-sharing.com/forum/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=Horriblesubs]#Horriblesubs [/URL] channel paste the code and you will receive the file.

it's not only horriblesubs.info down only, there are many other anime sites as well.

But regardless thanx to #nibl channel i can download perfectly full speed the anime i want.

The other sites (commie, horrible, underwater etc etc) are all down because they are all hosted on the same server as nyaa. That intel link is quite nice, thanks!

tokyotosho still has updated stuff. Just get the magnet links and not the torrent files and you'll get your new episodes.

Some times yes they might do its a grey zone but if it is need it they will do.

I somehow really doubt it's the JP government who is behind this. The probability of someone doing it "for the lulz" is way higher. Hell, for all we know the Omnicat might be just trolling us all. A logical next stage of the "it's been a good ride while it lasted"-stickies on the chatbox.

Also, participation in a DDoS is not a grey zone by any means in most countries.

I can understand, why they would do this to chinese sites since a lot of mangas are also published in chinese but what about the rest of the world. We won't even see most of the released anime and manga and of course those "legal means" the japs are talking about won't have any english solutions at all. This is so annoying.

And yeah, Tokyotosho is down as well. I hope the AS stuff is ready for incoming impact.

HorribleSubs and commiesubs use the same server. NT and HS servers are in the same network. It's understandable that their sites down at same time... Now Tokyotosho is down... It seems it's not some hackers behind this ddos.


Edit: toshinokyouko is down too, even it hosted on different server... @@
