Update!
1. From now on every phase will last 2 days from the previous Phase Change.
2. Samye will make a new clinic in his own house but he won't be able to move during this day phase.
3. And because its not super shelter like former clinic, if 3 Shikis combine their power with Nazaka's dynamites they will be able to blow Samye's house... In order to make such an attack, I must receive PMs from all 3 shikis who are planning to do that move.
4. If they do that, Samye and everyone inside will survive, but won't be able to make a new clinic...
