Never had any problems whatsoever with Hotfile, Fileserve or Bitshare. Megaupload on the other hand likes to drop it's speed to under 100kB/s randomly, even when using a premium account.
Lowest speed I had with a FS premium was 1MB/s - coincidently that is roughly the same as the fastest I had with Megaupload. Of course, using IDM always helps.
 
Tessu is starting to use bitshare lol.

i use IDM too. but somehow FS just doesnt allow me to download(some shared ip address problem). I was able to download perfectly fine till late dec, before that problem kicked in and persisted till now.
i reached 1mb speed using MU on wireless before too.
no point whining now i guess, i already called in my isp technicians to drop by and check for this coming mon. hopefully something will be solved

Probably, I smell that FS is impose restriction, so they can get more money from the premium account because of the slow sales
 
@ Anti - This is how they get job done here in my country.

Technicians come to house < test my computer and line (speed is shit because my connection account is throttled) < technician uses his own laptop and login his own account < FULL SPEED AHEAD (yea right because his account is not throttled) < sry, you might need to change your computer because it has virus.

@AC Bell are worse so I won't go into details. UBB coming soon.

Not sure about videotron but I won't be living with such cap (I blow anywhere from 500GB - 1TB per month muahaha)

@Check, Bell are a pain in the ass. I got alot of negative feedback about them from friends and family member who are with them. Here is a little exemple from a friend: "When he was going for a 2 months trip, he called Bell to cut his service for the 2 upcoming month. When he came back and wanted the service back, Bell asid that it would take to 24-48 hours before everything could be back to normal."

^ See, a pain in the ass. With videotron you could do the same thing, but it won't take 24 to 48 hours of wait. They will reconnect your service immediately without any wait.

@Kou, Yeah I started it. Just watched the OP and close the game since I was way too busy preparing ALL my equipment and stuff for tonight's party xD
