You just go to µTorrent, add either a file or a folder, set it up the way you want it, add trackers and then let it hash. Not very complicated.

lol yeah but I though I'd have to register in places like nyaa to be able to upload torrents. I didn't know all you needed was a tracker in which you could get easily just by Googling it... >_> At least now I know.
