If you exercise daily, chances are you will be less tired when you wake up. And if you get the right amounts of sleep every day and have a balanced meal.

getting into the habit is probably the hardest thing for me :f but I'm wanting to learn to~ for the meal, there's not much that I can do since I don't get the main groceries, but I would at some point~
