1. I have to be under alot of pressure~ (in this case, it's homework assignments and due dates)
2. I have to have sugar~ (having icecream atm~ :P)
3. it has to be late a night maybe~ (it's about 10pm lol)

I think the last part is where I enter into a state of hopelessness and start procrastinating until my impending doooom~

as far as the effects, it depends on alot of things~ (sleep, hydration, food, music, assignments, etc.)
