@Hatori, it depends, support shouldn't farm too much and they should have 2 GP10 on them all the time, this should cover enough cost for buying wards, but if your team mate doesn't do it (as jungler should also cover the top lane wards as well) then there is no way a support could every cover all the wards a team need. Plus a good support just zone enemy team out of their gold and exp

I agree on your thoughts, but I wonder how do the team manage when they can't perform or they lack the knowledge to do so.
