I can't get an end game look at Kat since people finish bots too quickly...I went to Leaguecraft to build it and I realise they done some nasty things to her. Her E is nerfed quite badly, it used to do 600+ and now it only does 400 ish. Her ulti isn't the same it was before, but it remain roughly the same. So over all, Kat damage remains, but it is a persistent damage in team fight (like the rest of the mages) rather than ulti burst you to hell like she used to thanks to the E nerf and the introduction to W. So I guess she's more useful now in a way that even if she did get her ulti disabled, she can still dish out Punishment where she can't before, but as a trade off she'll lose out on her ultra burst like she used to.
