Mmm yes it does. But it's just as harmful as having sugar. Unless you burn it off, sugar turns into body fat. Though small, it builds up over time. The same can be said with eating fat from meat :goodtea:

You have to balance how much you eat as eating some fat is good for you from what I know.

Ahh the / me incident. Definitely one of my best moments of A-S to date :goodtea:

I thought the rate at which glucose get converted into fat depends on the WAT and BAT ratio in your body, if your BAT ratio is high, then your intake will be burn off as heat whereas if your WAT ratio is high, your intake get converted into fat more. Normally a human have more WAT than BAT, that is true but what if you're fortunate (I say fortunate but not really) to have a high BAT ratio then your intake will be hugely lost as heat than stored as fat, hence why some people can eat a lot and don't get fat without doing exercise XD

P.S. for non-Biologist, BAT is Brown Adipose Tissue and WAT is White Adipose Tissue

Animal fat tend to be healthier thanks to animal fat being less unsaturated, and unsaturated is bad since is mainly LDL I believe, and LDL is hard to process and bad for you blood vessels/body :3 Your heart won't be happy friend! :3

Import tax is rather annoying ._. I'm glad they didn't tax me on my first Fate/Zero Blu Ray Box, or that will be heavy ._.
