You could apply that to just about anything~ video games, work, school, texting, the computer, etc. etc.
The most critical time to read is during school break, since you could easily become lazy and lose an edge.
Do you know your wpm? The average is about 150~ If you practice reading, you can get faster at reading, and get work done quicker. Soo yeah, regardless of what you read, it can benefit you in the long run :D
