I am eating once per day and the others are some toasts coffee etc so i call it lunch... dinner??? hm i haven't have any for some time now...

Also i will give you a real photo of the tray with the pastitsio that my auntie left me :D I LOVE HER!!!!

SO.... for the next 3-4 days you will no my daily lunch! God i love that food!

ah that food... seriously i loved it! My mother used to make it every Saturday! it was heavenly made!

The professional chefs are good making those gurmet dinners and very elegant food etch but i remember one high rated chef where he worked to Great Britannia Hotel to the "Xenia" hotel also he worked for 4 years in a very luxury cruiser tried to make spanakopita (a food with spinach & white chease (feta) some other groceries (don't know their names) it's a tradition pie in Greece and in Thessalonikh especially... but he couldn't compare the what he made rather one old fashioned grandma and he told that from after that lose he would gave up cooking and he did! He is now owing a bakery that makes now those old fashioned greek pie and they sold them in Thessalonikh

Well, only with an cooperation along a Greek (what knows the Greek-dishes) or for a specific time in Greece spend can really good Greek-ish cook. - But to be honest, I know this dish: Actually, it shouldn't heavy be to make.
