You'll at least be able to complete E1 and E2 since Developer did say its Noob friendly. But for Midway, you need 4CV and 2BB or 4BB 2CV at least 70 ish level to stand even half a chance.

AL/MI will probably be one of the hardest event thus far because all ships participated in AL cannot be used in MI, so you need another fleet for AL as well as the MI you're preparing already. >_> This sounds like Operation Dev Screw you over.

So it got delayed for another half an hour... DAFUQ ARE THEY ADDING TO SCREW ME OVER!?!?! But seriously, 1 CL, 5 DD and 1 CV as reward? I'll most likely only be interested in the Unryuu CV then :/ But judging from the list, the CV will most likely be E-5 reward that I might not be able to reach >_> GOD DAMN YOU DEV

And Sky, I went through this already last time when someone asked :P It was because of the upcoming event today in Kancolle known as Operation AL/MI, MI part is better known as Battle of Midway, don't know about AL part myself :S So I thought it will be fitting for me to change the set for a short while

I find it fun to have it in the background whilst you do other things. No it doesn't have an English version and is Japan IP restricted. Also to sign up you need to win a "lottery" first before you actually be an Admiral. It may actually take some time before you win. In my case it took me about half a year (without constant trying) to win a place. And neither is it a game that commands a lot of active interaction. As King said, I keep it running in the background. And you only need to have a Japanese IP between game updates and when trying to win the lottery.

Evidently, the cute girls were reason enough for me to pick up the game.

Me constantly waking up 6 in the morning (UK time) for 2 weeks paid off. But it can take anytime up to 2-3 months, I heard someone trying for half a year before he got it, even though Dev says it have increase chance the more you camp the lottery.
