Japanese people call modern cafes "Cafe," slightly old fashioned coffee lounges "Kissaten," and traditional tea shops "Chaya."
 
I remember there are some orders haven't been paid still in the list a while ago.

Umm, some Japanese people often use the French word "café" on their shop sign.

In Japan, people enjoy their special KFC Christmas dinner as one of Japanese Christmas cultures which someone enjoy in other ways though.

I think you should reevaluate your choices in university classes. I don’t think catching dodo birds is a good career path.
