Because I've always wondered why you so late wake up, because you're living in the USA, where from me 6 to 9 hours ahead is (Well, I've 6 or 9 hours more than you) - and you're between the 6th or 7th hour, what then at you right now so ~ 12:00-13:00 afternoon is... - But I've of course also thought, that you maybe night shift have, and because of this...

I sleep when I sleep and wake when I wake. There are no fixed times for either one. It is a nuisance to me, but I have learned to live with it. :)
