Top would be Nichijou for sure. Funniest thing I have ever seen.
Then ones like FLCL, Baka to Test, and TWGOK would be high up there.

Just like FinalPyre and unownHGSS, I'd say the funniest anime I have seen is Nichijou. I have never laugh as much when watching an anime ^^.

• Sora no Otoshimono (Serious Watch this one for the epic NSFW moments)
• Kamen No Maid Guy (Still pretty funny)
• Nichijou
• Kore wa Zombie Desu ka of the Dead
• R-15 (NSFW and funny delusions)
• Maria Holic

With that said, I find a lot of other animation funny but it doesn't use comedy as a selling factory of the animation. Acchi Kocchi is one where it has some funny moments where Io purely does his own thing and people just fall to a pool of blood.

at this moment it's danshi koukousei no nichijou frankly i was watching this anime at school , and at some point i started laughing like an evil manic the teacher kicked out of class , True story
