53797 Hmm... i always wondered if deleting stuff really gives back all the memory used...Might just be my odd thoughts though ;p

It will flag it to be over-written. It should still speed up drives, though even more so if you defrag it after deleting a bunch. Not entirely sure how it works for SSDs though.

I work for a private practice group.
I assist the Radiologist at different hospital and I Handel our standing and some of our live audits.

I don't know if it's because of the times when users are more active. But if you have the possibility to download a torrent file, at least keep it on your PC for some time so that it can be shared, or at least upload it to a cloud storage service like MEGA or MediaFire, etc.
