Excluding the times I'm sick or in need of more sleep, it's usually 4-5 hours on weekdays and 7-8 on weekends.

That happened twice on two camping trips actually, my tent was uncomfortable and the wind outside was always loud. Surprisingly I wasn't falling asleep at all during the daytime.
